Rotating Spedometer?

Anyone rotate their spedometer? With the position I sit and have my steering wheel, viewing my spedometer between 45mph and 90 mph is difficult. I'l like to just turn/rotate the spedometer to the left moving the 60mpg mark from the existing 12 o'clock position to the 3 o'clock position. Anyone know how difficult this would be and/or offer any directions on how to do it?

That's always been an issue when you tilt the wheel too.

I thought the entire guage package is one piece? I think it was when I took it out for some wiring.
