Rough idle

Hey guys
I have a 2016 2500 with 75k and I have a rough idle. I’m thinking I might need to clean my MAF but is there anything that I’m missing and should look at? I have just replaced my turbo actuator with the on from Gino’s garage. I know they say you don’t need to calibrate it and the idle problem was there before so don’t think it was that but it has gotten worst

The ECM does not really use MAF for fueling. It is mostly used for EGR, but I suppose it could upset the proper EGR flow if it was reading wrong.

If you haven't, a fuel system cleaning and additive package would be a good first step. Replacing the MAP sensor if it is dirty is also a good choice.
