For your info, Amsoil is in many Retail stores! It is left STRICTLY up to Amsoil Dealers to set up Commercial/Retail accounts. These accounts then belong to the dealer that set them up, and are payed a commission on what they buy. I have several of them in my area, and enjoy getting a paycheck from them!
I see nothing wrong with MLM, but a Commercial/Retail accout is NOT MLM!

Wayne:
I have lived and shopped in Southern California for 51 years, including a 30 year plus career in the automotive repair business, and have never seen ANY Amsoil products in ANY retail store here.
Two months ago the only sales contact I was able to find when I searched out Amsoil products for my Kubota tractor was a guy in Las Vegas NV! His price on the product, including shipping, was obscene!
My search included the Internet and asking all of the local automotive parts houses. So where is your product sold here? I would like to look at it first hand, not on a sales brochure.
I have nothing against synthetic products. Preferably, they are all I will use in my equipment. No doubt Amsoil is a good product, or many here on this site would not be using it.
I do have a major problem with multi level marketing tactics from many BAD experiences with Amway sales people. Mostly EX FRIENDS due to their trying to push a dealership down my throat.
It seems like Amway and other MLM folks only want to recruit dealers and don't care much about selling their product. The real money is in recruitment residuals, not product sales is it not? Is Amsoil different? If so, how?
At least you have not attempted to recruit me for a dealership yet like the guy in Las Vegas did when I squeaked about the price of his product.
I guess I should also add, my friend is the parts manager at my local Chrysler dealership, so I get the good guy price on the product. Not that I would not buy if I had to pay retail. The old saying, "You get what you pay for", goes a LONG way in automotive repair parts.
