RPM for a Turbocharger

does anybody know what the average RPM's are for our Turbo's, 12/14/16 sizes, i read that it is

either 150,000 or 200,000 rpm's, which seems

really really to high. {Fritz's web page}

I'd bet those numbers wouldn't be to far off with a hx35 pushing 45 or more psi. I know the hx40 is spinning 130k at 40psi.
