Bummer

It sounds like a lot of the Playa's aren't going to be running. I have to work tonight but I'll be there early, We can't have a northerner come down and put it on us. So, I just got done pullin the pin on the truck. She's got a lot more in her, but this will be the hardest run yet(if it stays together  ).

See yall in 5 hours.

Thanks Brad and Scott. It was wet and cold, but a great day!

I had fun making 526/912! Now to figure out how to get more...

Rock Jeep--that was fast--thanks--it was good to see a lot of friends and as usual put names to faces to the people you only know via the internut--big thanks to Brad and his crew---I think our waitress needs a little help though in getting the bills out in a timely fashion!!!!!... ... ... . chris

that ol red truck is hurting big time--couldn't get lit--I think it made 269 on diesel and finally some NOS helped but could only get 569 out of her--let's just say there's no insects or critters living under the hood---chris

Any time; it was my pleasure... ;)

Thanks to Brad, Fran, family, crew, etc. You are really a nice group of people, and I had blast! The food was outstanding (Brad gets that from his mom), and all you kids were so fun to b. s. with. :) It was great to see Chris, Scott, and Adam's trucks run; those are some seriously nice trucks! Too bad they don't make much smoke, though...

And I should get extra credit for no burnoffs or donuts, and only smoking out the local police once (oh, and that one SS Chevy pickup; oh yeah, and maybe a certain silver Dodge on I5 on the way home - too bad I couldn't get any traction from 70-100mph... ).

Thanks for making me feel so welcome! :)

Heck yeah, Brad Ponci's dad's rig (Duramax) made like 512rwhp and took home a trophy :D

Rhonda, good to see you and glad you made it home.

The drizzel sucked, other then that pretty good turnout thanks to all who came and supported the event. Good showing at Dinner as well :D

Looking forward to seeing everybody at a diesel event or two in 2006 :D

BBD

congrats to all the winners--oh that would be Rhonda(diesel) and BBD(diesel+)--I'm sure numbers will be posted soon--

yea the drizzle sucked--usually it doesn't go all day, but still all had a good time--plenty of hiding places in Brad's shop and a couple of popups kept most dry to some extent---no carnage although Jeremy's truck was close--no doubt the food was good--for most of us--Mr Ponci may chip in here--he was speechless at dinner---

good to see ya made it home Rhonda and indeed it was good to meet ya and talk--I'll see if next time I can't bring out the diesel clothing line that was discussed--I think we may have to use the dyno straps to keep you in your seat though, so as not to harass the model(me) I'm very sensitive---but not as sensitive as Greg though!!! (sorry Greg)---chris

Thanks to all the RPM staff for a great turnout. Too bad the weather wasn't better but everything went smooth. Jeremys truck scared the you now what out of me :--) . I was very happy with the old mans puddle jumper :D (duramax) 520hp 990trq. Rhonda made some great runs to capture 1st. (Rhonda)Glad you made it home safe. As for dinner i must say the meal was the best thing that i ever had #@$%! . NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! The company was the best to be around. Hopefully i will be running my dodge at the next event if it will stay together long enough. (stuff in the works) Thanks to all for a great time... ..... Brad

Yes it was a good time except for the drizzle. Rhonda that was gary from J/H he call me sounding like a little school girl right after he played with you. He could not believe he was playing with a legend.

That was fun! I let him get alongside me and when he got into it, I rolled into 'er too. The problem was, my tires just broke loose and all the throttle feathering in the world didn't help. So, I had to let out completely, drop it into 4wd, then get back in. Came on pretty good then, still with a little traction issue (dang rain). His truck is certainly respectable. :)

Those borrowed injectors didn't read much on the dyno, but I'm tellin' ya, they kick arse on my 370's! I looked over my dyno sheets and saw that I did indeed get a gain on my 3rd gear run, with the borrowed injectors gaining hard (way past the 370's) even as I was getting out of it. I think the 4th gear run would have shown much more, but we'll see that another day... I also know I'm not maximizing them since my pump is stock (yes it is) with only DV's and GSK. At any rate, it was super nice of them to let me run twice.

Nice meeting you too, and good luck with the designer clothing thing; I think you may be on to something. Maybe I could sell sunscreen at the events. :-laf Since it's such a male crowd, you might want to have Greg as consultant at the fitting sessions. j/k Greg! I'm sorry, Chris started it! :-laf
