What does anyone know about RPM OUTLET and Royal Purple Synthetic Power Steering Fluid? I purchased ( I thought ) 5 qts. of the RP Synth. Power steering fluid to change the oil in my power steering when I put seals in the vacuum pump and put on the new 3 turn steering box. Here is what is pictured in their ad Royal Purple® high performance synthetic lubricants Clearly a quart bottle for $6. 95 per bottle. What I received was 5 12oz bottles. That makes the oil considereably more expensive than I could buy it at home and not near as much oil as I wanted to make a full change and have spare fluid on hand. Does this stuff not come in 32 oz quarts as pictured? Is this a scam? I Also hated that UPS said the signature was required in person to recieve these 5 puny bottles and after 2 missed deliveries at the house which i left a note to the driver and one wasted trip to the UPS depot they finally let a neighbor sign for it. It isn't like UPS doesn't deliver to us every day. They do. what gives?

Most places I've ever purchased fluid from online will give you specs. Notice how there isn't a single spec on any of the fluids they sell? Not even when you click on the price. Case in point, Mopar Dave's links all tell you they sell 12 oz. bottles.

thanks guys. I went to all the parts stores around, Napa, fisher , Oreilly & autozone and NONE of them had synthetic power steering fluid. couldn't believe it! That is why I got on line looking for it and ended up getting ripped off. Thanks for the posts. Now I know where to buy. SHOULDA ASKED TDR FIRST! Guess that explains why RPM outlet will not respond to my email either.
