Fuel Pressure Guage Sender Installation?

Is the Brite Box the problem?

My 96 dually turns 3200 no load and 3000 rpms on the floor pulling away from the new ford dually's..... It is stock and I bought it new... but I thick it turns to many rpm's. What are other folks 96 cummins turning?

I have a 96' automatic and the best
it ever turned stock was about 2400.
Of course now with the governor
spring kit I can go to 3400. The 96'
5 speeds have always done better
in that area. Most of the stock
ones I have seen will turn 2600-
2800. You have got a "good running"
truck!

Mine pulls all the way to 3000 in all gears. It's a 97 but was built in 96.

WOW! 4400? I thought the motor would grenade at 4200 wuz up?
 
Been to 3500 several times but Adam is right the dyno says no more power after about 2500 rpm we will see if that changes after head porting.

Best (and mostest) I ever saw was 2800. Engine still stock - and no plans to do otherwise. Working just fine for what I do with the beast.

My 96 was starting to noticeably cut off fuel at 2300 & the show was over by 2500. That was until the Scourge springs were installed. #ad
