I went to alignment shop and they looked over truck did not put it on the rack found track bar was moving up and down so i told

him that i would order a lukes link and then bring it back to check

alignment my left front tire is wearing on the inside im not sure

what you would call this type of wear but here goes the leading edge of the inside of the tire does not seem to be wearing but the rear edge of the lug on the tire seems alot lower this just

started im guessing its what every one is calling cupped any help

would be appreciated truck has 58,000:confused:

another mystery.......

I had one tire man tell me our trucks are to heavy and NO light truck tire will hold up. Another told me it was my shocks. Just put a new set on and plan to replace shocks and get new alignment and see how long these last.

Picked up a vibration coming out of Oklahoma Friday. Front tires

had started cupping also. Today I had all 6 balanced/rotated. The tech said the fronts were way out of balance and that may have been the cause. I'll run about 1000 miles this week, so I should know pretty quick.

Either way, it was time for this maintenance item and it's the cheapest/simplest place to start diagnosing the problem. I'll update you at the end of the week... . Hope this helps.

Got in last nite. I ran 2200 miles this week and didn't have any vibration! Rotating and especially balancing the tires cured my vibration and stopped the front tires from cupping. Hope this helps!
