Had to horse the truck out of the snowy driveway the other night and promptly buried it on the far side of the road... ... .
Today I noticed a rubber hose hanging from the front end...
I discovered the remainder of a white plastic fitting at the end of this rubber hose which was hanging just behind my front axle. .
4WD light is working so I have to assume this is the 'return' line from the CAD actuator??
QUESTION: Is there something out there to keep a snowbank from removing parts from my CAD system?
QUESTION: What is the downside of not getting this line fixed right away? Or should I just bite the bullet and get it fixed now?
==========
ESPAR glowplug died, Ram now at 75K, ladder bars off 'till mount is fixed, need another lift pump so the box gets little use these days... Just as well as the traction is horrid without the bars

On the bright side I just bought a 1980 W400 military ambulance with under 9K on the odometer and a killer PTO winch too! All this on a lucky low ball bid for this now retired rescue truck... I also had a line on a Cummins drivetrain for the rig for only $800 but the source must have realized that was low as I can't find him now...
