my cummins head set came with the gray gaskets and i think they suck, they went on fine but every time i retorqued the head over the following couple weeks they had swelled a little larger and became a major pain to stuff under the valve covers, fast forward about 10k miles they were seeping a little but holding, a month or so ago i did another retorque and valve adjust and went with black felpro gaskets, i have no reason to pull them for a while so i don't know if these are crappy too, the grays probably work fine if you are going to leave the covers alone but i don't see why they should screw up after a week or two of running to the point of almost being impossible to reuse
