Ramboy, look at the owners manual for the trailer and call their 800 number, they have lots of info on the rubber roofs. Had to do some repair on mine a while ago and they were very helpful. bg

Be VERY cautious about what you use on that top to clean it - SOME solutions will attack and damage the rubber, and THAT could be very expen$ive to correct! I've heard some real horror stories concerning damaged rubber roofs caused by using something the owner THOUGHT or was TOLD would work on the top because it did well on something like his concrete driveway... #ad

Follow the manufacturers recommendations CAREFULLY - THEY know their material LOTS better than some snakeoil salesman out to make a buck at YOUR expense! #ad

My manual says to use nothing but a slightly abrasive cleanser like Comet, no treatments.
I think the bleach in the cleanser helps stop the mildew problem. My motorhome I had before this trailer had mildew spots and I could never get them out. The new trailer is being cleaned like the manufacter says and so far no spots and a very bright roof.

Try Dri-wash'n'guard tire and wheel cleaner. Its made by Enviro-tech out of vegas. My sons jet-ski had mold built up on his seats. Nothing would get it off. I was a dealer then and hit a spot with the tire and wheel cleaner. It came right off.

I was a dealer, but quit due to lack of sales and dealer charge.

Had so much rain this winter, I knew the rubber roof was long overdue for cleaning. My problem is there are hundreds of small mildew spots that wouldn't come out. I tried the spray mildew remover-didn't work. I tried diluted bleach with detergent-didn't work. I tried full strength bleach-it lightened the color some but didn't work. The bleach with detergent removed all other stains i. e. oak sap, tannic acid from leaves, etc. but nothing would remove the mildew spots. I would greatly appreciate suggestions or proven methods. Thanks.
