Does anybody know of a good source for rubber seals for our 1st Gens? In particular the ones that seal in between the door and cab. I think I found my leak, when I took it off the water poured out from inside the seal. Does this seal really need to have all the little factory holes in it?

This company makes a lot of restore parts for the automotive sector. The products I have used have been first rate. They do list door weather stripping for our trucks.

If you go with J. C. Whitney. If you look at the sponge rubber style stripping. Buy kits for three doors. Every one of those kits I have used has been about 2' short. LOL

I know of Soffseal from when I used to have a '63 Impala but I didn't know if they made them for newer vehicles. Thanks for the info guys.

I got mine from JC Whitney, for both the 85 D100 I used to have, and the current D250 I have now.

When you first put in the door seals, the door will be harder to close since you are now crushing a fresh seal. Sometimes it takes a few weeks for the new seal to get compressed enough before the doors close easier.
