Funny how the dealer cussing the customer got us all riled up.

I'm going to write some letters and probably nothing will happen. These dealers should realize that with sites like TDR and others that how they treat customers can cost them business. Just this site alone over 800 people looked at my complaint. A couple people told me to goto Enumclaw dodge about 10 miles away from where I live. I called them to make an appointment and just by talking to the service dept I they seem supportive. Wouldn't you know it the day after I got back from Yakima my truck acted up again. But when I took it to the dealer it ran perfect. Looks like I'll need to drive it till it dies again. Thanks again for your advice.

Makes you kind of wish for the "good old days" before we were born when you sat on a saddle with horsessweat between your knees instead of the cushy barkallounger seats we have in our rams when they shot the thief our at least burned the &amn place down. Good luck getting anything done. I sat at the phone an entire day calling about a crooked thieving dealer and all that happened is they got rid of their sidekick, the crooked thieving District manager that was helping them steal from Chrysler. The slip shod , poor excuse of a dealer is still showing all 5 stars on the bulleton board with customer inquirey cards all written in the same handwriting and color ink. As long as some dumb fool comes in every day and buys a new neon or whatever they couldn't care less and I am still waiting on the day that DC PROVES otherwise. I still like my truck and My wife still likes her car but I wish there was a way to take ALL the Stealers out of the proccess.
