I would start with a local 4x4 or truck parts/accessories shop. I believe it's spelled "smittybilt".

Check out your 5 S*** dealer. They have moulded running boards made out of aluminum and cladded in Santoprene which looks likes plastic. They come in black and select body colours, really adds a nice finishing touch to the truck. You'll find these shown in a brochure from Dodge entitled "Dodge Truck Accessories From Mopar".

Summit has their own brand of s/s nerf bars along with others. Theirs look nice and are an easy install-just bolt on. You can check them out at www.summitracing.com

We need boards on our truck as my wife has arthritis and needs them to get in/out. We had the Smittybilt step tubes on our 1996 3500 and they worked out fine, but my wife wanted boards on the 2002. I didn't want the "conversion van" type boards that extended into fender flares, so I wound up with Lund fiberglass boards - got them at Leer truck accessories, believe it or not!
