2011 dodge ram 3500 transmission overheating 280 F. dealer can not fix the problem after spending $ 300.00 now what ? Help Me Please , this truck I use to make a living and I need it repaired soon, Anyone have any ideas on what to do?

First of all....it would help a lot if you told all of us what the $300 bought you.........
 
If they didn't replace the thermostat, start there?

Look for.leaks. Could be water pump? Usually water pump with leaks, sometimes without

It's his transmission overheating.

Oops. Sorry, I just spent a few hours out in the Florida sun doing my front differential service. Couldn't use the torque wrench because there wasn't room to get to the top.
I blame my incompetence on dehydration. Lol
 
Once the trans reaches operating temp the thermal bypass valve should open and send trans fluid to an air to air cooler. That's the first place to look.
 
Low coolant is not the problem. When the trans reaches operating temp the thermal bypass valve should open and allow trans fluid to go to the front mount cooler. That's the first place to look.
