Runningboards Suggestions?

Hot Summer days... ... . They too must pass, then the slush & road junk will come. I need running boards before winter. What are some good choices/ sources? I will be doing a self install and want something sturdy. I don't want diamondplate or stainless.

Running Boards

I have been very happy with both sets of full length running boards from Northwest Running Boards located in Clackamas Or. (503) 655-0987.

I've got Lunds on mine. I easily installed them myself, they come with good directions. I got them from J. C. Whitney. They are fiberglass and still look like new after 5 years.

I've been extremely happy with my Dee-Zee Guardians. I have a chassis cab so I only have the front cab part, but they look awesome and protect the doors/rockers well. I only wish I could of put them on the truck when it had 5 miles instead of about 5k.

I went with the Mopar running boards, fender well to fender well on a 99 Quad CAb. Not cheap, but ther best and strongest mounting system I've seen on running boards.
