Rusted out 2003

Poor old truck! Still relatively unused for a Cummins (150,000 miles). Still mechanically sound, with synthetic fluids used throughout. Goerend transmission with about 100k on it. Frame didn't handle the Wisconsin winters well, now rusting away. What's it worth? I'm open to any reasonable offer, if you're able to come and take possession (located in Green Bay WI area). Still drivable, but maybe not for long...as good as new with a total frame replacement! Text at 9203730291 with questions/offers/etc.
