We will be in Penrose area in a couple of weeks and then to Moab. 50 seems the shortest route.
I feel the same, I love the long steep grades. The one I would love to climb or descend with 23K GCW, is on 70 at the green river pass (I think that is what it is called) in Utah. When I went through there last year I was not towing anything and when I returned I was only at #9500 GVW. Now that would be the pass to test all brands and classes of trucks in the heat of summer, BTW, the C&C didn't even break a sweat climbing on the west bound side.I can't imagine wanting to avoid a pass. The grin I get pasted on my face pulling my passes with toys in tow is something that only a Cummins can deliver. To me, passes are the reason to own a Dodge Cummins ( with a Jake, of course . ) Bruce
