truck weights

how much weight can I safely haul.

Greetings one and all,

Has anyone in the group dealt with this outfit or know of anyone that has? Their prices seem to good to be true. Like they say if it sounds to good it must not be so good, So any feedback greatly accepted.

Thanks in advance

I bought our 2004 All American Sport 5'ver from them and got a great price, and that's it. Now i don't know if perhaps the problems i had were an isolated incident with Forest River products but i had numerous issues: Shower unit imporperly installed and let water leak behind wall, support bracket on frame improperly installed and rubbed right rear tire, ramp door recoil support improperly aligned and caused cable to rub side panel. RV Wholesalers did not fix any of these problems, they told me i would have to seek another dealer to perform the warranty work.

And there is nothing a dealer hates more than to do another dealers work, i got nothing but grief from the dealership i ended up taking it too. Also, RV Wholesalers has yet to send me replacement shades that we identified were damaged when we bought it, and it has been over 8 months.

Now that things are fixed i am happy with the rig and price, bought would rather have not gone thru the hassles and headaches. My $. 02

Hadn't heard of them before, so found them on the web. Looks like they do not sell truck campers. Was hoping they did since I have no local dealers anyway. :( Ken

My experience over quite a few years of RVing has been that it's difficult enough to get a selling dealer to service an RV and darned near impossible to get service at a non-selling dealer. If the manufacturer wants to work with you, they can get you into a shop for warranty service... if not, good luck!!!

That's why I do my own service insofar as possible. If you're not comfortable with this, I would recommend that you develop a good relationship with a local dealer or independent RV service shop. Buying from a non-servicing dealer carries obvious risks in this regard.

A few over on RV Net have had good luck with them. I agree with Rusty, is it worth it to save $200 on a RV you can't get serviced locally?

I bought some hitch parts from them, they are really slow to ship!
