How to repair gelcoat

Only out west that could happen for sure

I have seen more of that kind of junk out west then any where else. I bet that a women driving that rig. Most mwn out west are not that smart to think that up. I wonder what his top speed is?Now forgive me I was just pulling your chain.

Looks like he/she/it went the gamut with the hitch, goes from king pin to goose neck then back to 2-5/16" bumper pull, looks like that may be a goose neck base on the tail gate. It even has its own alarm system, see that animal up above the hitch? If they had added a good base off an office chair under the block of wood I think it would go. bg

I vote for hoax.

the tailgate does not match the vehicle, I am betting he dummied up a spare tailgate with the hitch, plus the lack of wiring. . Funny though.

It looks like its a project thats still underway. You can see a Dewalt box and some hardware in the bed. Would explain why its not wired yet. And the 4x4 has either been turned or drilled for a large dowel. Seems like you wouldn't need to go to that much work for hoax. Heck, why the extra chain if you just wanted a hoax pic?

If it is a hoax it is a good one, that is the right tailgate for that truck it still has the window gasket on it, the hitch is bolted to the tailgate. I don't know I have see some pretty stupid stuff in my day, but I wouldn't count this out.

Just this weekend saw a truck driving down the highway with a load of firewood, would have taken a picture but didn't have the camera with me, the front wheels were literally bouncing off the ground as he hit bumps in the road.

And when we drove past him he was chatting on the phone and the music was so loud I could here it over the road noise and my diesel.

Looks like he has a whole 7 degrees of turn before the front corner of the trailer hits the roof of his tow rig! Think of how much money he saved over a proper setup. He probably has a total of $1200 in his tow rig and hitch setup and another $1400 in the trailer. Leaves him more money to load up on firewood in the back of the S10.

Kind of makes us look foolish for spending $40,000 on a truck and another $54000 on a 5th wheel and buying firewood at the campground!

OK, lets have a flashback to the early 70's, say 1972 when 5th wheels were just starting to show up in the RV world. May I please see a show of hands that remember the 5th wheel that was made to attach to the roof of cars??????? Had a special hitch and everything. Hummm... 1... 2... not to many. Does this mean I'm old????????
