Guns, Bows, Shooting Sports, and Hunting NATO surplus ammunition

Fed Ex just delivered today. I've have put about 30, . 177 pellets through it, shooting at the sawed off ends of 2-3" diameter kindling pile @ 25'. Remarkably accurate right from the factory, it has quick adjust, single click thumb screws for both elevation and windage.

I have a 21 year old RWS model 34, something in the trigger mechanism broke last week, I need to disassemble it to see what needs to be replaced, Umarex assured me they could get any part I need. This new model is somewhat more powerful, 1250 fps vs 1000 fps, plus it has the engraved monte carlo stock with recoil pad, also 2" longer and a bit heavier @ 8. 5 lbs.

These are real nice, break barrel action airguns(available in both . 117/. 22), and a quiet alternative to a 22 rimfire, also no laws against using them in otherwise restricted areas. Can't wait for the marmots to come out in the sun this afternoon...

JJ- Can't go wrong with any RWS ! They are great guns, very accurate and reliable. I own two model 48's, one in . 177 and one in . 22, since the early 90's. Just had my . 177 tuned, along with some trigger work. Very nice gun to shoot!!! I'am just getting into PCP'S, own a FX T 12 MK II IN . 22 with a ten round mag. I can get aprrox. 45-50 shots before I need to refill with air! Have fun with your new toy!!! Frank

RWS makes a fine airgun. Been happily using mine since 1983. I have a . 177 model 45 (The biathlon trainer). Proven effective for much small game as well.
