s&b cold air intake

is anyone using the s&b cold air intake. just read a feature article in diesel power mag , any good. or does anyone recommend a different type. :-{}

I just ordered one yesterday. 3 to 5 days for shipping. I read the same artical and the sound pretty good. I guess i will just wait and see.

yup ive had mine for 3-4 months. looks good, makes a nice whistle and is alot $$$$ cheaper than the rest...

I got my S&B this weekend. I put it on sunday. Pretty nice setup and the install is easy. I like it so far. I took the silencing ring out of the turbo that might have to go back in WOW is it loud. Seems to be a good air supply i can hit 40 psi of boost pretty easy.

40PSI ? Highest I've seen even with Smarty on level three is 30 psi, what am I doing wrong?

I also have the S & B and really like it, fit, looks and function, really loud but I did take out the silencer ring too.

I have the edge with attitude. And im pretty sure it has a boost fooler that will let me run it up that high. My truck has always been strong in the boost dept. I have my defuel point for my boost on the attitude set at 41 lbs. I can hit it and it will alarm and start defueling. Not sure what they have done to the 07's as far as the turbo.
