S&B intake Good Bad or UGLY!!!!

I am seriously considering an S&B intake. Who is running one? Give me the good bad or the ugly?

I have had one on for about 6 months now... like it, works good. . price was right at about 175 on ebay. .

I have one also, seems to do very well. It has good filter ratings and priced very well. Clear top makes it easy to see if filter needs cleaning. *Piece of cake install...

The 04. 5 I just bought has the AFE Stage one on it with a very dirty filter. I like the idea of a closed box around the filter.



I also see the S&B from OutlawOffroad for 175. In the pic it looks like it does not replace the baffled tube or does it? Does not look like it clamps to the turbo inlet?

I just installed mine this weekend and it's great! The only stock piece is the elbow that attaches to the turbo. This install was really easy, and the turbo really spools now! We'll see how it filters, but the fit, finish, and quality all seem great for $170!

Good to know! Turbo noise increase alot or a little? Any Pics of it installed?
