Sacamento Area

I'm looking for suggestions for an RV park near Sacramento CA. I'm moving up there next week and need to find a spot to stay for a couple of months. I will be working off Highway 50 in the South East of Sacramento so I think I would like to stay along the 50 or South on the 99. I am not very familiar with the area but if someone has a suggestion or an area to look at I am pretty good with directions. I know there's a KOA in Shingle Springs, roughly 35 miles from downtown Sac, right off highway 50. Elevation is around 1600 feet so generally below snow but above fog. That's the only one I know of in my neck of the woods.

I believe that is the KOA my son visited last summer and was not happy. Bunch of low life types and what he refered to full timers like homeless. Many old wrecks and family fights.

parks work out, I will look some more.

A friend of mine checked on that KOA in Placerville and it is booked for the next 4 months so it does't sound like an option at this time. Thanks for trying and keep any suggestions coming.
