I haven't been around for a couple days, but I can't believe no one has posted on this... Am I missing something?

HELLO?

HELLO?

ANYBODY HOME??!!??

I just read the post on the Sacramento Race Day and as chance has it I live in Sacramento. I do not race (yet) but would like to come by and watch. Where can I go to get more details. Thanks

Henderson,

Welcome to the TDR. It's always good to meet new members that live in my area. I live up near Placerville, near drives mopars.

Here is a link to the Sac drag strip www.sacramentoraceway.com

Our usual routine is to meet for breakfast at 07:30 AM at Bradshaws restaurant off highway 50 & Bradshaw Rd (exit #50 on Bradshaw going south bound. At first light, turn right on Micron Drive. Bradshaw's is immediately on your right hand side).

We then all drive to the track. To watch is I think around $10. To race is almost $40. Their web site should have details I think.

Tom:

I think there are several folks from diesel-central that will make it.

I also just posted it on the Ford site, we will see what develops.

I will probably drop by and have breakfast with you guys, will see if I can make the races.

Dennis... Sorry about your truck:( #@$%!

Dennis - I have most of the parts for my Skyjacker lift kit, and the new DT Trac bar is here. As soon as the darn coil springs arrive from Skyjacker, I'll be calling Herb to schedule an install appointment :) I'm hoping he can fit me in on a Saturday sometime in April. If you're around, we can hang out and BS that day.

Greg, no, I haven't heard from Wayne for awhile. I'll call him this week and let him know of the races this weekend.

Big Jake, many thanks for letting the D-C gang know. I need to get a list of their email addresses also.

Can't wait to see all you guys again... .

Tom

Tom:

let me know what email addresses you need and I will email them to you.

Hopefully the weather cooperates this weekend.

Hey Big Jake,

Thanks! I have the email addresses of most, though not all, of the TDR members that I know of in NorCal. Whenever an event such as this comes around, I always like to send them an email, just in case they haven't seent it posted on TDR or D-C site.

So, if You'd be kind enough to email me the addresses for D-C folks in the Sacramento, Bay area, Central Valley, pretty much all over NorCal who would be interested in any sort of truck related events any place in NorCal, I'd be happy to email them also for any events I hear about.

You cane email me at work, as seen in my sig below, or at -- email address removed -- (my Yahoo email account).

Looking forward to this Saturday!! Even is the weather is nasty, Bill Babcock (drives mopars) and I are still going to meet at Bradshaws for breakfast and BS session.

Hope to see as many people as can make it.

Alright Ray!! Glad to hear you'll be there. If you want to join us for breakfast, I posted directions above in this thread. And also the web site for the track in case you need directions to it also.

I will have my cell phone on that morning. Anyone, feel free to call me for directions, whatever. 530-305-5279

I plan on making it to watch at least. Hoping for nice weather. I may even try and make breakfast but that means getting up at about 4:00 AM:confused: but hey that is only a half hour earlier than I am used to so what the heck:D
