over 30 classes

Too Many Events

I'm going to try to get my reconfigured twin turbo setup installed by the 25th. Need to make new pipes of course. Maybe I can make a pass before we head up to the Rollins Lake event. Adam said he would stop by too. We also have a sled pull in Minden that night.

AHHHH Well - there's ANOTHER Goodguys event in November at Pleasanton - So I will try to make the Sacramento drag event...



Wonder if we could arrange some sort of dyno day for our truck somewhere in the Sacramento area, hopefully on a Mustang type dyno?

For our Cummins powered trucks, being somewhat slower on revving ability compared to passenger cars and even V8 diesels, a dyno such as the Mustang type that actually places a LOAD on the rear wheels is preferable to one like the more common Dynomax (?) that relies merely on acceleration rate to calculate HP and torque. I'm not very familiar with locations of various types available in the local area, but will keep my eyes/ears open - I suppose a few inquiries in local car groups would get a response...

Ken Imler Diesel has Mustang Dyno here in Sac. He said he,d be willing to get a dyno day together if I could get enough interest . ie. 10 trucks or more. If not you can go down on an individual basis.

Been busy with work & have working on that comercial poperty deal I told you about at Brandons,Its almost over & i should close by the end of the month,jees its only taken 9 mnths. Possible venue for future N Cal meets.

Regarding Tulare ,Id love to go ,but once I close on this property I,ve a feeling I wont be coming up for air for a while,but we,ll see closer to the date.
