Competition Sacramento Raceway Truck Drags

Saturday, July 22nd, is the first annual truck drags at Sacramento Raceway. There are 4 truck classes and one of them is an all diesel class. Trophies and cash payouts to the winners. (cash payouts have not yet been determined, but I'll let you know when they are) Gates open 8am, time trials 9:30am, eliminations start 12noon. Spectators $10, Racers $40. We're hoping for a big turnout so the event will be held again next year.

Sounds like I may be able to make it. Since there is only 1 diesel class im thinking no chance for a manual class is there? Its hard running with all the auto's while bracket racing, or 1/4 mile in general. If not just have to bring the 05 along with the 04. 5

Sorry, there isn't a class for manuals, but that is a good idea for next year if the event gets a big turnout.

Oh well, Ill probably be there anyway, just might have to bring the slow 05.

Shoot, sounds like fun, but I will be going to the MotoGP race @ Laguna Seca that weekend. I will pass the word around to my other dieselholic friends, they will probably attend.
