Saftey recalls

I have an 01 that I found two recalls on the tdr bourd. One is for a "soft joint" in the rear axle clamps and the other is for upper control arm bolts. Has anyone had these recalls taken care of? I called the dealer and schuduled an appt but the service guy would not even take the info on the recalls and the other tsb issues I wanted addressed, he just said bring a list! I said you may need to get parts ahead of time and that I wanted it taken care of in one day. I dont think he gave a I TRIED TO BY-PASS THE CUSSING FILTER.

If your truck is one on the safety recall list you will be notified through the mail. There is also an 800 number you can cal and they will check if your VIN is one on the list. (can't remember the number, sorry)

All you have to do is supply your dealer with the vehicle's VIN # and they can tell you about any recalls that apply to your vehicle.



Your dealer needs a slap across the head!!
