I know this has been addressed before, but I'm looking for advice on how to deal with sagging hinges on my 91 W250... I've seen kits to rebuild them, and replacement hinges... Any advice on how difficult they are to rebuild, good sources for new ones, etc?

Thanks!

By all means rebuild them yourself. Go to your local parts store and pick up a kit(pins and bushings). Very easy to remove one hinge at a time and repair. Randy :)

My hinges are in descent shape . However my door is a crack hore. 27 easly visable cracks withe the drivers door liner removed to replace the regulator motor.(tryed the rebuild kit from auto zone ,bad choice plastic bushings lasted 1 role up. Then ordered the compleet motor/gear from Genos) 2 eliminating from the hinge to the lovers(ovel holes ) just above aprox 80% 1 from each uper bolt hole to each corner.
Many spot welds look like they have ring worm (paint flaking away from the crack as it grows). I haven't opened the pasanger side yet.
As for the air leek caused by the sag. I have had to pull in on the top front corner of the door frame, to reduce the gap and stop the air noise ,2x in the last 100k mi. Previous owner had added some of that sticky foam gasket with margnal results . He commented on how much bending the doors had helped the trucks road noise levels.
