I've searched the forums, till I'm blue in the face... I saw this post once before... I'm sure... In any case, my front bumper cover is sagging like crazy... almost at an angle... big gap at fender/bumper interface... tried moving the end brackets, but nothing... looks like poo !!!:mad: Any help ?

Thanks in advance... .

All of the second generations trucks have this problem. I fixed my bumper by replacing it with a bumper from Brown Welding and Fabrication ($750). After market bumpers look great on 4x4's if they fit in the budget.

I’ve had three 2nd Gen. Dodges, if I’m reading your post correctly, all have had this problem from the day they were new. I had the dealer fix the first. One I lived with, and one a buddy and I worked with until we got it as right as we could. It definitely takes more than one set of hands. Basically, we just loosened, moved, & tightened until we evened out the gaps. It was a pain. As we decreased the gaps at the sides, the one between the bumper & grill increased. The best we were ever able to achieve was a balance, but it was better that what we started with. Good luck!
