the front springs on my brothers 92 d250 are starting to sag on the left side my 89 doner truck is sagging big time on the left side why does the left side sag first? My real question is does anybody make a polyurthane lower control arm bushing for a d250 we thought we would replace them and the ball joints while we have it apart and anything wore out.
I know in 97 when I rebuilt the front end on my 84 d350 they didnt make lowers got poly uppers but not lowers (uppers same as 1/2 ton)
anybody got a part # for some good springs? we were thinking MOOG,NAPA something like that thanks

I'm not sure about the bushing question. But on the spring sag, I think the left side sags first because that's where the weight is--battery, driver, fuel, etc.

Energy Suspension has a lot of poly bushings.

As for the springs, get the 2. 5" Skyjacker springs, they will bring the front of the truck up a little and make it ride like a cadillac.

Springs to use are MOOG 7226s and I believe they also make the good poly bushings as does Energy Suspensions. Check and make sure the springs are actually sagged and it is not the body mount bushings. Mine are shimmed almost 2 inches on the driver side to compensate for the stock ones failing. Those should also be available thru Energy but have not ordered them yet so not sure. They do not list them in their books for the diesel application but I think the ones for the gassers should work. I need to have Les Schwab check on those for me as they are about the cheapest place I have found to deal with.
