Just trying to get an idea of what somethings would be worth if/when I start parting out my truck after I see what the insurance adjuster does.
Truck took a drivers door/cab hit so not to much mechanical damage..... just cosmetic.
Motor is a rebuilt unit. Bottom end is from a 96 with about 140,000 on it. Head and pump are orginal 1994. I'll probably swap the injectors, turbo, and fuel plate when I get another truck so it'd be pretty much a stock motor. I was thinking maybe $1500-$3000?
transmission has less than 2k it and is a complete DTT 89% 47RH (no billet stuff tho and built to hold about 400-450 hp). $3800?
Front axle had a fresh rebuild last year and has a used ring and pinion in it (about 40,000 on the rebuild). Rear axle is untouched and orginal as far as I know. $2000 for both axles?
Transfercase is also orginal as far as I know. Price unknown? $200-$300?
I figured other stuff I would just take what I could get for it or about 40% of new cost? And probably just give some stuff away that I got from the Pay It Forward posts.
Do I sound out of line?
TIA
Nathan
