I just wonder if Sam and Dave work by the hour? If they can install all that stuff in less that 30 minutes, (comercials and coffee), I think I can justify driving to Tennesee to have them work on my truck. Anybody else think that?

I've often wondered if they just do the work we see on TV,then once the camera is off a bunch of minimum wage monkeys come in and do the real wrenching. They sure don't ever seem to get dirty.

I watched that today. I wanna know why they never take it out and rip on it after they do thier installations.

Wirenut,on Shade Tree mechanic today they finished putting together a Model T hotrod,real trick engine,then took it for a spin,looked like they got it up to 35 mph before the cops pulled them over.
I'm not knocking the guys,they have some real good info,just jealous over how fast they are.

Funny how they fail to mention, or show them down under the dash trying to get a drill in there to drill out the foot pedal switch. 2 hour install. . I'll be darned... took me about 6 to get everything adjusted right.
