A big red 53ft trailer stopped by and dropped something off!! A Fab Fours front bumper with full grill guard to match my rear bumper!! Waiting for a box from Carli too!!! I'll be doing a full step by step picture posting of the install of both bumper and suspension.

I've yet to have enough free time to get this project started. It's going to be a big one as I am doing it myself. I've got a few more bits to order for the front end... .

I'm planning on completely removing the front axle, Sand and prep, Primer and paint it up all nice... . As Dodge / AAM seems to apply only a light mist of paint which begins rusting before they are even sold. Along with all the goodies I am also putting in a Defiant Products steering box stabilizer. I ditched the Warn steel cable and fairlead which lightened up the winch's overall weight by 52 pounds, I went with the Master Pull XD synthetic line with the aluminum fairlead. Once the front end is done and I pay down my CC I'll be doing the rear with the full deaver leaf packs and the 2. 65 Bilsteins..... After that is done, Carli upper and lower ball joints and a Dynatrac free spin hub kit... ... Then it's time to build the transmission right.

Where are you located?

It sounds like you're heading down the same path I've been, with the exception of the winch!

In the past 2 years, I've installed the '09 steering kit, Carli 2. 65 with full deaver pack, Carli hi-mount stabilizer, Carli sway bar, control arms, DSSS steering stablizer brace, Dynatrac hub conversion kit with hubs, etc, etc.

If you're pulling the front axle out and going with the Carli 2. 65, you really should consider trussing the front axle! I ended up making one myself, and it really wasn't that hard, just a little time consuming.

The bumper is 260lbs and the winch... Which was 138lbs with the steel cable and fairlead but now is a mere 86lbs = 346lbs total bumper/winch combo. With the Carli progressive springs and the 2. 65's I'm sure I won't even notice the bumper.
