Sat Radio TSB

Just noticed a TSB for poor performance of the SAT radio. I stop in at the dealer and show them that TDR and the TSB number. Week and a half later the new antenna is in and the SAT radio works better than ever almost no lost signal now. Thanks TDR for keeping us all well informed.Oo.

How did you find the tsb on the sat radio

They are listed in the TSB list here on the TDR site. I looked and this is for the 2013's as I read the TSB.

Poor Sirius Satellite Radio Reception
Customers may experience that their satellite radio has intermittent muting. This occurs in areas
where the signal is degraded and cell signal is very weak. The problems are worse when the
optional vehicle internet connection through the cell network is in use with the internal vehicle
Wi-Fi.
This bulletin applies to DS vehicles built on or before October 31, 2013; DJ/DD/DP/D2 vehicles
built on or before October 17, 2013 that are equipped with Sirius XM Satellite Radio (sales code
RSD) and Connected Vehicle (sales code RS7).
This bulletin involves replacing the satellite antenna, if needed.

Bring the above info on the TSB in to your dealer and ask them if you qualify, ya never know..
