satellite radio presets

Does anyone have the problem of the satellite radio pre-sets changing back to the weather station (default)? Not all of them, just one or two at a time and not even the same ones every time. Some times it happens when I first turn the radio on after the truck sits over night, some times it's while I"m scrolling through. Doesn't matter if I use the steering wheel buttons or the touch screen. Some times I can go for a week or more without any of them changing. Some times it's everyday. I've never listened to or even set the AM/FM buttons in the six months I've owned the truck, so I don't know if this is only related to the satellite or not.

I also am having a problem with my presets on a RHR radio. I set mine up and the wife sets hers up and since she usually drives it the most her personal setting for mirror,radio and seat are on most of the time. When I get into drive and change to mine all the Sirius radio stations have defaulted. This does not always happen but often enough that it is quite annoying. I have also asked the dealer and they claim they have not had this complaint.

Mine still randomly reassign themselves back to the default Sirrius station. Some days it happens every time I start the truck, some times I can go for a week or two and keep all the presets.

I had this issue last winter, complained about it and they replaced the Nav/Sat Radio with a ''updated'' version under warranty. So far no problems with the new one after a year. The dealer acted like they've seen it happen often and it was no trouble getting a replacement.

Yep... Mine does it too, picks a random preset and changes it to the "preview" channel. It is completely random how often and when it does it. I had a new radio installed last year, new one does it too!

Mine has this same issue. I noticed it happens when Im listening to the radio and it says "updating channels" and cuts out for a moment. Whatever preset I am currently listening to will revert back to the "preview" channel and have to be reprogrammed. I never noticed it happening until I started flipping around again and the station was gone off the presets list...

Mine does same thing. What do we do about it? I'm past the 36k miles now.

Since i am sure we are all out of warranty on the radio by now, has anyone found a software update to install that will fix this problem?

Mine just stopped doing it. Haven't had a problem in 6 months. Maybe the dealer did an update without me knowing? In other news my button on the dashboard side of the steering wheel for changing channels has gone haywire, making it hard to change the channel. I'm told its an easy swap out though.

I had a similar issue with my 2010 1/2 ton. Dealer had me call Sirius directly. A 10 min call with Sirius and the reprogrammed it remotely.
