Zeigler Caterpillar in St. Cloud had the Cat bike for the day today. Pretty nice machine. Loud as heck too. The dealer fed us as well. Bar-b-qued hot dogs chip cookies. They loaded up a bucket from a skid steer full of ice and pop. If wondering Paul Sr & Jr did not make an appearance. But got a nice free poster of the bike.

Any idea for a Cummins bike? Just dreamin here.

Man is that bike not the coolest looking? I havent seen it in person, but I saw the epsidoes on TV and it is by far my favorite OCC bike! I absolutely love the way it looks.

Man, major envy here! Lucky you JEFF!! Of all the bikes I've seen built on their show that one sounded the best to me. Loved the "stack" they put on it

Man, keep those goons far, far away from Cummins! A Harley powered bike is like

the "anti" Cummins. Unless you could get them to power it with BMW or maybe a

Gold Wing motor it would be an insult. O. K. , I've got my suit on like those geologist

who go play on the rim of a live volcano...

No offence, but I'm not too impressed with some of the stuff I hear when they are building the bikes. Things like "close enough", and "That will do, no one will see it". Now when they are done they look great, but are they worth the $150,000? No. They pay maybe $1,000 for the frame, and about $4,500 for the engine. That's the 2 most costly things, and they are selling the TV theme bikes for $150,000 these days because it is nothing but a HUGE 2 hour infomercial for the company they are building it for.

I do like the bikes, and I LOVE the show, just not impressed as some I guess. :)

My two favorite OCC theme bikes are the CAT bike and the Dixie Chopper.

However, this series has really slipped since it first aired. Back then the bikes were way more fun, and the focus was on their creativity, including the paint and graphics. There was also a LOT less ego being displayed, and the disputes between Sr. and Jr. were about realistic problems.

Now it all seems poorly scripted, with lots of fake tension, stupid behavior by Mikey, and Sr. flying off the handle just for sake of the ratings. I don't think I'm going to watch it much longer.
