What? how much are you paying around there? My dad just got back from a trip CA to FL and the further east he went the cheaper fuel got. Around town here $2. 40+ So Cal is worse $2. 90+ a gallon!! I think Texas was the cheapest? $1. 44 a gallon.

I just filled 'er up at $1. 96/Gal in Boise, ID earlier this week... .

Most Shell/Cheveron, etc... are selling for $2. 09 these days...



Looks like it gets a bit cheaper heading closer to Portland, OR. . (I'll know more in a couple weeks when I head that direction... )

Turns out the spill was between 20,000 and 60,000 gallons. Not as big as some feared, but it did shut down the fuel transfer pipeline. News reported that fuel left a red sheen on the area... kinda sounds like it was off road diesel fuel.
