That looks like a Montana, typical crap camper construction. It would take some serious modifications to handle the tension from winching a machine up like that. Remember your not just winching straight up, you've got a change of direction involved.
Basic rigging 101, at 45 degrees the load line and anchor Point has an additional 35% of the weight when factoring in the tension. At 90 degree rigging angle it's 70%. Pulling a 100 lb block vertical with a 90 degree angle change puts a load TENSION on the line and anchor Point of 170 lbs. As you can see, it would take a substantial upgrade of an RV roof to accommodate the weight of a side by side.
Not impossible, but substantial.
