Most truckers I've talked too swear by power service. There are so many i think they are all of good quality. I use fuel additives mainly for anti gel in the winter. Normally I have some left over and throw it in there in the summer months as well.
I use primrose now, the main reason is it's water in the fuel activity. Most fuel additives are DEmulsifiers. This means they collect water in large clumps that the filter is SUPPOSED to catch. An Emulsifier, such as primrose, breaks the water up into TINY, TINY molecules that pass right through the filter and the injector pump and injector and do no damage. Frankly the stock fuel filtration on these cummins engines is marginal to say the least, i don't trust it enough to stop water.
Bear in mind these are just my opinions and are about as useful as tits on a boar, MOST everyone here uses Power Service, Stanadyne or Howes. All excellent additives.
There's a ton, just do your home work and make your own conclusions, that's what I did.
