Or, go out to your truck, write a set of rules that match it, and I will personally give you an exhibition hook on Saturday called "mfunderburgh class"

 :{ :p

I will guarenTee you win, is that better? :-laf :-laf

Awesome sleddy, what is the payout for the class? Will my class be one of the classes that gets all the money from the street class entries? Let me know and i will get you some rules here ASAP. :-laf

Not *****ing about the DHRA saturday pull. I'm running my single charger against your twins and thats great. I've know that for months when i started over with this truck and decided to build it the way i did.

I have no problem running my truck friday night in the open. Just didnt build my truck for that kind of class so i dont have the air shutoff deal for it. Could have had the money saved up for that had i known more than 17 days ahead of the pull. Most pulls i go to have the rules months in advance.

Guess all this doesnt matter now cause i get to see my turbo on Kyles duramax in the street class on friday and then everyone can ***** at whoever for him being able to run my turbo that is only out of spec if its under the hood of a cummins. Matt

I'm looking for a sponsor for the mfunderburgh class, do you have anyone in mind? Its tough, they keep saying, "mudfgbuhgh what?" :-laf

Out of 3 DHRA Pro Street pulls this season, two different singles have won over the twins, so thats good you are coming up to get some.

I believe those Friday night rules have been the same, or close to the same for a couple years now.

I had nothing to do with Friday rules, but its plain to see, an all Goat show will not help grow the sport. Giving the underdogs a handicap, to get them started, is a good idea, for the fans, and pullers alike, I think.

Tomac got applause just for pulling onto the track at Canfield. Well, Tomac's Duramax did, they didn't have a clue who he was, it was a Chevy, and thats what mattered. :D

Rules for the 2004 "8000lb. mfunderburgh class"

1. All trucks must be 1996 Dodge 3/4 ton trucks equiped with cummins 5. 9 motors.

2. All trucks must be white in exterior color.

3. All trucks must have a single charger.

4. Exhaust must exit in front of the cab, strait out the hood :D

5. Trucks are limited to one seat only in the cab.

6. Hitch's must have a hitch point directly behind a cut up bumper which has several dents from being abused.

7. Dents and rust build charcter and are highy recomended for this class.

8. All particapants must be current students of The Ohio State University with an agriculture major.

9. Trucks may be hauled to the pull as long as they are not towed in on a phord and as long as the tow truck exhibits the ability to blow lots of black smoke. Oo.

10. No Amsoil

- Their is no entry fee to this class and payouts have not been determined at this point.

I agree with Gene on the R&D for the Fords and Chevys. I for one am tired of waiting through attempts by "other" brands that just can't hang and are seldom exciting. The ATS D-Max & big white F350 6. 0L @ Muncie were pretty cool, but if the other brands had their own class, that would be when I went to get my food... I would love to see some smoking, screaming competitive trucks of other brands, but for now it just ain't happenin'

On another note, does anyone know what chargers (commercially available) these rules exclude if any? Just curious.

Gene - does that twin setup retain underhood airbox? I tried to PM you but you were full...

Friday pulls

The indepth single charger class rules help to exclude only one person that I can think of at this time.

How many "commercialy available" chargers live under sled pulling abuse?? The hx 35,40, 50?? Hybred/modifed turbos get the job done and some even live while doing it. I think the rule was ment to keep really well thought out and tested turbos out of "there" event.

Saturday is fine as we all know about the rules well in advance.

The big white Ford in Muncie is a PERFECT example of the a guy that did his home work and worked with what he had and did a great job and I don't have a clue what all he has done but it worked!! There are quiet a few good running Dmaxes that will give anybody a good run for your money, I don't think you have to make special rules for them, adapter plate... sure... . ANY !!! turbo?? seems kinda strange.

Just me
