You might want to join Tin Can Tourists, an organization of vintage RVs of all brands and types. I think the website is http://www.tincantourists.com. You may have seen the group featured on recent television programs. As a member, Forrest Bone, the group's leader, sends me frequent classified ad listings via e-mail. Apparently, TCT members and others who hear of it contact Forrest with units for sale. I think I've seen Scotties for sale in the past year or two. It only costs $20 or so to join.
I got to thinking about Scotty so I did a search and found their website. http://www.scottyrv.com/scotty-rv.html I recall they had a fire which led them to cease production. If that's correct, I guess that led them to where they are at now?
yes i think they made an rv on a dodge chassis with the good engine during 95 and 96. Living in alaska an rv with 4x4 and a cummins sounds to good to be true. thanks for the help
One of my neigbors had a Scotty RV up until about 3 years ago. It was a dodge chasis and used a 318 in it. The engine was the best part of the RV, trust me.
