Scratch repair

I have a scratch on the upper portion of the right rear door on my quad. As we all know, the upper portion of the door is black. I thought it was paint until it was scratched, leaving white underneath, which is the truck color. It appears to be plastic, not paint. What is the proper method for repairing it?

Had mine peal back (dealer fixed, but did a poor job). It's actually a sticker. You'll have to order from Dodge (specify the door) and have someone else put it on.
