Just when my son and I were lamenting the lack of any football games to watch, a commercial comes on the tube promoting the Lingere Football League.



Since Saturday Night Live was about to start, I was convinced it was a spoof. But, out of no-football boredom, I just now, a week later, googled it anyway.



Guess what? It's for REAL!! Some of these gals look better, er, I mean, 'more skillful' than the overpaid players on the NFL playoff teams. I think I may have to pick a new "favorite team" and "favorite players"...



My wife now has an all-new reason to hate football.
