Search in Child Forums?????

While doing a search for a an issue I noticed in the box that has which forum you are choosing to search the box with the title 'Also search in child forums'

My box was checked :{

Is this for all of us or just those having a childish moment



What exactly is this??



By the way the search section is PRICELESS Oo. if used prior to asking a question

Search in child forums will search in sub forums of the ones you specified. For example if you select the local and regional chapters and have it checked it will search in all of the different regional forums. If your in one of the truck forums it will also search the faq sub forum. Make sense?

Function makes sense to me now. Any idea on why as to the name of this feature, kind of interesting choice of names, short for something?
