My father in law found a source to buy bio for $2. 50ish... ... ..... he has an '01 running an EZ and Mach 1. 0 injectors. Anything in particular need to be modified to run 100% bio?

Nope, put it in the tank and go. You'll want to carry some extra fuel filters as the first few rounds of bio will clean out any crud in the system. Depending on how cold it gets in the winter, you may have some issues with gelling on B100, but that's a long ways off.

Dodge/Cummins has a kit in the works for running bio... ... it is rumored there will be better filtration/water separation and some software changes. There are menue items in the drb and starscan already.

It is only a good deal if the quality of the bio is good, if it's not partially reacted or wet he should be ok.
