Does anyone in the California area go to the Infineon Raceway Wednsday Night Drags?



I will be down there on the 25th next week, I'm just wondering if I should keep an eye out for any fellow Bombers.

I used to go out there back in the day when HVAC (Nowel) had the RED ROCKET and used to run there, I don't know of too much drag racing among the NORCAL guys, most are into sled pulling.....



Head on out there, you might get lucky and watch some locals who don't post here.

You might call WINspeed Diesel at 925-370-7245. Their shop is in Martinez, CA about 30 minutes from Sears Pt. Ask fro Adam or Brett. Adam has a daily driver that runs in the 11's. One of them might be able give you some information.

Thanks for the information gents, I should make this clear I won't be racing. I'm hauling my nephews turbocharged Chebby down there. He's running in the 12's up here, he want's to see how he does down in the thicker air!

LOL it's not quite new... ... 13k miles and it's not quite stock either, I need a better trans before I do any real racing.

I will try to make it their this week. If you can get their early, they run up to 300+ cars on some nights. The fasts time in my truck is 16. 8@79. 09mph. I only had 371 miles on the clock at the time.

I think I raced him in Ferntucky the other day. Does he drive the turbocharged gasser? Nice guy. It is a lot closer to Sac or is he just set on going to Sears point. ?

Yeah TJ I asked him if he saw you there, I was really ****** that I couldn't make it, I had other plans. The Ferntucky races can be alot of fun!



You know I don't know why we are going to Sears Point instead of Sac? He does have alot of guys from his website going though.

Just a quick update about the trip, my nephew ran an 11. 87 run.



He was really pleased with how the truck ran down there!
