That is one of the first things that I did on my 92 CTD. Under the seat on the floor on the drivers side there is an electrical connection going to the drivers seat belt. Just disconnect the plugs.
I took the annoying buzzer itself out. I can't stand my truck "yelling" at me. Got a wife for that. :-{} Just kidding. :-laf
If I remember right, it also buzzed when the keys were left in or when you left the lights on, so if you want to keep those warnings, you can just disconnect the wire at the seat belt.
If you want to remove the buzzer, just follow the noise under the dash to the "annoyance box". It just unplugs from the wiring.
