seat belt help

i know it sounds minor, but 30 hours, a week ,behind the wheel of our 2001. 5's make for an irritating rub of the belt against our neck and shoulders, as far as i can see there is no adjustment like our earlier trucks, any help would be greatly appreciated. :{
