I want to eventually do the Katzkins leather interior on the new truck. I found a shop near me that will put in a set, starting at about $1400+ for two rows, but for now I am just going to put seat covers in.
I am leaning towards Neoprene covers. Costco has the custom fit CoverKing covers that you can order online and the price seems very good. I priced out a set of neoprene ones for my truck and it was only $278 for both rows, with all console and head rest covers, map pockets, etc. This is significantly better than the other prices I was getting online.
Plus, Costco will accept returns without question for 2 years. My understanding is that usually there are no returns for custom covers bought elsewhere..
On the Costco/CoverKing site they also have a mesh and leather option. It looks like the neoprene is considered the most durable and waterproof. And I've read that they have the best fit/finish of the three. I am just wondering about how it would hold up to the dog's claws... My 80 Lb Choc Lab likes to ride up front with me when the wife is not with us. I keep her on a restraint system so she stays on her side. I could throw down a towel when she is there I suppose.
Anyone have experience with neoprene covers and pets?
Thanks,
Scott
